The card system to access the storage unit is hard to use. It often did not recognize my card and I had to swipe many times at different speeds and then had to run to swipe in the elevator where it often didn't work and I had to start all over again.DANIELANGEL V.
It would be nice if all of the attachments (the lighting adapter and the ball mount) could have been provided with the trailer, as I'll never uses them again without a trailer. Or at the very least, if they were offered as rentals. A $15 trailer rental turned into a $60 job, and I was not prepared for that. Other than that, the service was goodHamza H.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was told to go to one location to pick up the truck I had rented and confirmed. Was met by a most unfriendly, I'll-humored individual named Jason Booker. Rude and unfriendly, telling me he did not have my reservation and told I had to call U-Haul's man number, which, of course, no one answers. Basically had to figured out where to go on my own, wasting about an hour of my time. After finally finding the location, was met with more unfriendly and unhelpful people. What's the matter with people in Brooklyn. Just chill and do your jobs well. People are paying money to rent your trucks. This will likely be the last time I rent from this location. The lady at desk was very rude also it was explained that you would need to form a line to drop off the van. I waited for 30 minutes in this line after already parking the vanNana Adjoa O.
I rented from 1230-430pm. I have pictures to prove it. I got charged for 2 days because this property said I returned it at 5:30am the next day and charged me an after hours cleaning fee. This immoral practice is completely illegal and irresponsible to overcharge customers. I tried to call the next day and staff did not help.RAYMOND M.

The workers were hard working and friendly but the location is overwhelmed with customers, so I had to wait in line to pick up (AND drop off) close to an hour. Re-organize your drop off and hire more workers to handle processing. It shouldn't take an hour for someone to pick up their vehicle when they get to the site on time!Vincent D.

I'm not happy with the service. This is the second time in a row that l have been given a van with untagged body damage and incorrect fuel gauge reading. I have wasted time chasing the staff to show them, their response is,â€take a picture and it will be documented.â€ I've done that and still get overcharged. The first time the counter lady didn't want to remove the overcharge, a supervisor had to approve it...today I've received a receipt with overcharges for fuel and mileage, even though l was repeatedly assured by the counter lady that l wound not be charged for their error in not documenting the correct fuel gauge reading in the contract. I showed her the before and after photos showing l returned the van with MORE gas than when l got it. Now l have to waste time and money to correct their repeated mistakes or willful neglect.FELIXANTONIO JR C.
