I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employee working at check-in was extremely rude and aggressive, not only toward me but also toward other customers. I recently moved to the United States and English is not my first language, so I sometimes need a little extra patience and clarification. Instead of being helpful, the employee was sighing, rolling their eyes, and making inappropriate facial expressions throughout the interaction. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. Customer service should be professional and respectful regardless of a customer's language skills. Because of this experience, I will never rent a vehicle from this location again.

PostNet was not a honest store. They will try to sneak in added warranties and upcharges without properly informing you on what they are asking you to sign. When confronting their actions the words they will use is "it is standard procedure". Beware of these scammers.

Jacob NOn multiple occasions renting here, it has taken an hour plus to actually obtain the vehicle. The last time, they were not able to even print my contract for me to sign. The truck cabin was dirty, still littered with previous renters garbage. About the only thing I can say nice about this location is the young man working the counter was pleasant, but still unable to resolve my issues. On my last rental I was charged an extra day for returning the vehicle the following morning because I missed an appointment the previous day due to an hour and a half checkout just to pick up the truck. Upon calling both the rental location and the main number to explain the situation, I was unable to reach a live human. 100% unprofessional and 1000% frustrating. Don’t waste your money (or time!) here.
