Drawback is no access to U-Haul over wkd. It wd be extremely beneficial (in talking to people that I know also) if U-Haul pickup or drop off was available on the weekend

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTed's Automotive was a great place to rent a UHaul from. I booked using the app, and received a phone call that helped me complete the reservation. Then when I went to Ted's they were friendly, efficient, and the equipment was ready, as expected, and easy to return. I highly recommend UHaul, and Ted's Automotive.
Stephen PThankful they had a back up truck sitting there since the one I was supposed to have was not dropped off.
Kelly TGrateful for U Haul
Chanel DEnsure everything is in order. I had 3 tires changed, one when I picked up the vehicle and 2 just over half way on my trip. (One had a bald area where the tire had worn through to the wire below the tread). Running lights were not working. When I inspected closely, the brown lead terminal was filled with blue-green corrosive material. I cleaned that up, but the lights still did not work, until I consulted AI and talked with the service dealer who instructed me to examine my fuse for the trailer hook up under the hood of my truck. It was blown. The person who changed my tires had a spare, which I then inserted, enabling the lights to work. This is the second rental from U-haul with a tire problem.
