Chanel DEnsure everything is in order. I had 3 tires changed, one when I picked up the vehicle and 2 just over half way on my trip. (One had a bald area where the tire had worn through to the wire below the tread). Running lights were not working. When I inspected closely, the brown lead terminal was filled with blue-green corrosive material. I cleaned that up, but the lights still did not work, until I consulted AI and talked with the service dealer who instructed me to examine my fuse for the trailer hook up under the hood of my truck. It was blown. The person who changed my tires had a spare, which I then inserted, enabling the lights to work. This is the second rental from U-haul with a tire problem.
Bruce MWell, Thankyou Kindly for the exceptional Telephone staff for Booking, but FORT MCMURRAY ALBERTA WAS UNDER NOT ENOUGH VEHICLES, 10 OR 15 FOOT EASY LOAD RAMPS FOR MY LOCAL PICKUP! SO, FORCED TO DRIVE NEARLY 3 HOURS ONE WAY TO LAC LA BICHE TO GET THE NEEDED 15 foot rental!
Mark RLocation didn’t seem to want to be a U-Haul location. They did the paperwork encouraged me to take extra miles to avoid overcharge on the back end which I did. Turned out I didn’t really need them.
