Assistant manager lacks customer service skills. I called uhauls 1800 number around 2:30pm to extend to which allowed to extend yet the asst manager called 20 minutes before I was to return to let me know I needed to return by 9 am or I would be charged 60 dollars. He was not very professional by say it was my fault for extending!! I do not work for this company to know that someone else had a pending reservation. It was not my fault that the reservation center allowed the extension!! Policy of not I was not allowed to use the rental for a full day!!! I felt harassed and let down. They were willing to accommodate me with another truck but I would be charged again. This courtesy could have been extended or the other customer!! Spoke with Josh from the store who either way didn't give me enough notice to try to return. The vehicle at the time of the previous return time. I just feel more could have been done to accommodate the other customer! I will maintain this mistake was mot my fault if your company allowed the extension. Sherea was very understanding however uhauls Upper management lack tools to help your customers or they choose who will get the extra valued customer service that I wasn't afforded!!!Elsa H.

The manager in charge was completely disrespectful to myself and another customer. In my case in regards to the way the mileage was calculated on my rental he literally said â€œTHAT IS FUCKING RIDICULOUSâ€ This is the last time I go to this store. i am a customer and I deserve respect, this is no way to treat customers from which your employees receive their salaries from and UHAUL makes money fromJOSE R.
I had to wait 2 hrs on a rental truck that I reserved online. I arrived for the pick up but the location did not actually have the truck. After 2 hrs of being asked to wait, I was told I'd have to come back the next day. The following day I was able to rent a truck. Hopefully future customers will not have this issue.Jesse C.

I think better pictures need to be taken of the vehicles before they are rented out to customers!! The pictures of prior damages are very blurry and hard to make out, so when the vehicle is returned the employees try to question or blame the renter for damages already there to make money and you have to argue with them to and prove them wrong!!!Justin S.

App indicated that the truck was located "On the lot by the propane tank" when it was actually at the opposite end of the lot. Also, my rental location was changed due to availability, but the top of the dashboard still instructed me to go to the original location. The counter agent could have been more helpful when explaining what hitch accessories I needed. Frankly I was clueless as to what I needed, and all she did was point to a wall of hitch related accessories and tell me to pick what I wanted. I eventually figured it out, but I may have spent more money had someone been able to recommend what I needed.Paul N.
