Employees were very nice, but the company needs to lower the price per mile...it is not necessary or good business to charge customers that much! Also, please stop advertising the cheap prices of truck rental because it is misleading and not reflective of what it will really cost to rent a truck! Again, not fair to customers and it ruins our experience and thoughts of Uhaul. Will definitely not be using your company in the future.Milton L.
Install something high on the driver's side that the driver can grab to make climbing into the cab easier. Most of us aren't > 6 feet tall! ENLARGE THE TYPE on everything the renter has to read on their phone and on the contract during check-in & when inspecting the vehicle. PS - Employees had great attitudes and were efficint; this was a pleasant & stark difference from my previous experiences here..JENNY T.

I had to wait over an hour combined at pickup and return because systems were down, even though I had reserved and set up everything online. I understand system outages happen, but this was ridiculous. I was late getting to work on Sunday because of this. Additionally you gave me a truck with a burnt out headlight.ERIC M.

When unhooking the trailer, they dented and scratched the bumper on my brand new Ram 2500 truck! The tech who did this didn't even seemed bothered by it, and laughed. I would not recommend this location to anyone.LEE W.

Returning the truck was problematic. I arrived 3 minutes after closing time. While I did see employees at the counter, I get it - they were closed for customers. I attempted the â€œon-lineâ€ check in, but I kept getting the message that it couldn't access my account. I returned to the store the next morning and the process went very smooth. Paying for the Moving Help was a mess. Evidently, a code was sent to my home phone. We don't get text messages on a landline and we don't have cell service where we live. The store tried valiantly, but to no avail. I called the GO-UHAUL number and spent 36 minutes on hold. That is terrible customer support. When I did get through, they e-Mailed me the codes so that the MOVE HELP folks could get paid. The MOVE HELP folks were amazing!James S.

The pick up place was good. U-haul in general was terrible. They call me at 5:30 the evening before I have to pick up the trailer and tell me they don't have it. I have to drive 50 miles (round trip) to get the trailer. Wasn't impressed.Joseph M.
The lady that rented me the truck said that she wouldn't rent me a truck for one way out of state travel. She said "you should have made a reservation." While there were multiple one way trucks available and hanging on the board behind her. I then made the reservation and returned and was greeted with "well the reservation doesn't matter, I dont have the vehicles or the time to fill this." After some time she made another comment saying "maybe I should just give him a truck that needs an oil change and hope it breaks down." I'm surprised this is the way u-haul handles customers and it makes sense why more people are moving towards budget, penskey or a moving company. I won't be using your services again.Zachary A.
