A man with a firearm sticking out of his waistband approached my wife, who was sitting in the car while I was taking photos of the truck, and asked her what she was doing. This really scared her. A second man, with a firearm in his waistband, approached her a second time and asked what she was doing. It was a process to complete return process so she had to wait. I will never recommend that U-Haul to anyone!!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe description where the key box is was horrible ("Northwest corner of Kidder Street" is not accurate). Signage is needed on the back side of the building to say "Get On Your Feet LLC" because that's what I was looking for. I turned on Kidder St because I saw the UHauls, but looking for the key box was a challenge. The photo-taking at the beginning wasn't working so we had to call customer service after trying twice. The agent was kind and helpful. The driver side door didn't close all the way and was ajar at times unless you really slammed it. I meant to write that when I checked out, but forgot. Lastly, there was only 1/8 tank of gas - not cool. I put a couple gallons in which more than made up for the 16 miles I went, but no one wants to start a trip with no gas.
