had a pretty poor experience with the location I rented from. When picking up the truck it took almost 40 min for him to input everything and get me the keys with only a verbal confirmation of the estimated price. I don't recall adding safe move to my reservation or asking for it yet it was on my contract. At drop off it took even longer (about an hour) with the employee calling his boss for directions and was never given a final receipt based off actual mileage

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery wonderful team to work with
Ricardo FWhen you switch someone from one location to another makes sure the new one has the correct equipment. They didn’t have a furniture dolly and gave me a dolly instead.
Kace DThe app doesn't work. It needs a text verification code but doesn't send any sms for like an hour
Carson RI reserved this trailer at a U haul center very close to the site loading. the evening before pick up a message came that the trailer wasn’t available at that location. I had to drive 30 minutes each way in city traffic to pick up trailer at alt site. When I get there it’s a crappy old corner Valero station in a neighborhood I would not stop in for almost any reason. Loading the trailer I noticed a low tire on the trailer I proceeded back to my loading location and inflated the tire on inspection there was a object puncturing the tire and a slow leak I monitored the pressure overnight before leaving and the leak was slow enough that I would make my destination with out trouble. The equipment worked well, the U haul experience was horrible. U haul is only when there is no other choice.
