Used truck for 3 days charged for 5 days. Truck had broken furniture on it. Not clean. Told Uhaul they did nothing. Over charge on fuel. Not a good location. Drove out of the way to return Uhaul. And I get charged way over. Robbery.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulCharged me for 2 days and didn't even have it 24 hours. It was full of ants and we had to clean it before we could put our stuff in it. If you rent from here watch your receipt. This has happened twice now.
Kathy CThose people don't help the customer from filling out the rental form to connecting the trailer .. they didn't tell me how long I had to get trailer returned to Florida without additional fees.. you could train your rental staff better to do their job.
Thomas FNext to a junkyard- mechanic shop. The real problem I had was with another location that wouldn’t even take the trailer. Luckily I had left enough time to drive to this location to drop off. The other location was at 17790 Great Smoky Mountains Expy, Waynesville, NC 28786. This place was a dump and the person in charge said he had too many trailers and couldn’t take mine. I would think this should be taken care of. Thank you!
Lavaughn HI had confirmation that I would have 3 dozen blankets and 2 dollies. None were available. You need to fix your website. If you are unable to supply these items, then you should not send confirmation that they will be there. your only solution was remove the cost or I drive an hour each way to secure them. Either was an acceptable choice.
