I ended up having to drive 175 km to go get a truck that was smaller than the one I reserved, and I got charged more than what my reservation was. The drop-off location changed the day before my return and was twice the distance planned.

Luis CHello, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience. Initially, I had arranged to pick up the vehicle from a location close to my home. However, just one day before my moving date, I was contacted and instructed to pick up the vehicle from a location more than 40 km away. This caused me significant inconvenience, additional travel time, and unexpected costs. I would like to know who is responsible for compensating this loss. Furthermore, the same issue occurred again when I was asked to return the vehicle, which added even more stress to an already difficult situation. Overall, this experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. I expect an explanation and a fair resolution for the inconvenience and extra costs I incurred. I look forward to your response.
