Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIMPROVE THE APP. Both picking up and dropping off, I had to restart the process a minimum of three times after I was nearly finished. I had full service on my mobile. Each time, the app just started "circling" like it was waiting for the next screen to load but it never did. I was forced to stop the app, close it out, and start over. PLEASE FIX THIS!
CHRISTOPHER SThis was the very last place we ended up at and luckily it was great. My pick up location got changed last minute and so we had to go somewhere else who had no person to help us and not my truck either. We ended up going back to the first place and he set us up here and it ended up being a good experience but the lack of communication and the location of the second place pushed our start time back so much and it was very frustrating
Sarah CHeather is absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond. 5 stars 100%
SHANE BIt was a very easy no contact with staff process.
