Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulOur pick up time was for 9 am and we were on a tight schedule. No one answered at the office when we arrived. We made several attempts to call and it went to voicemail. Finally, a half hour later when we were about to cancel, a girl finally appeared. This put us behind schedule for the entire day. I probably would not use this location again because I couldn't be sure they would be on time.
Brett WThe app wouldn’t allow me to take photos and upload them.
TUCKER MProvide more space or make it easier for customers to leave the trucks when they are being them back.
Ashley VNot a great place to drop off. I didn’t know where to put the truck. I was a very tight area even to bring the truck into. I walked in the office and the women there only said ok thanks. I didn’t know if I needed to do anything else or take return picture or do anything with the mobile ap. She did answer the questions I did ask but was not forthcoming with information
