Our original pick up location was in Huntley. Coming from Wisconsin to move my mother and then having to drive an additional 45 minutes was irritating. Finding out the day before the move was also annoying. The representatives we dealt with were very nice and did their best to accommodate us.

Chris RI was very pleased with the Cargo Van , however it was not explained to me that the moving blankets cost was per day. Ryan was very helpful however there were some conflicts between the Reservation I made over the phone and the UHaul I picked and dropped the van off from.
