Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI have rented from this location several times and don’t believe the trucks are ever cleaned or checked. When I picked this truck up via mobile pick up, I marked the truck as not clean and included a picture of the cab. When I opened the back, the blankets were all used and there were old pillows from a previous renter that smelled so bad I threw them away. When I returned the truck and marked it as not clean enough for the next family - I was charged a $25 cleaning fee! Not even my mess.
LARA FMy trailer was old. The owner wasn’t sure how to use the door latch system. Take the old trailers out of the mix.
Tom DThe gas was at 3/4 tank when I got truck. When I returned truck it was at 1/2. The app tried to charge me for use of a 1/2 tank as there was no data point for tank full or not at time of pick up. Also, app would not upload pics of truck at pickup. The truck was just wore out overall. The original truck that I reserved had a flat so your area tech reserved this truck. He was a good guy.
Edwin CThe sales lady was amazing!
