You need to let the customer know that if they are paying a cash deposit, they will not receive that deposit back for up to 30 days. I was not told this, otherwise I would have deposited money into the bank to pay with a debit card or credit card.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe could not have enjoyed a better experience. Bill, I guess is the owner, was very customer friendly. More businesses should be run like his.
RICHARD SIve had dealings with them before and they've always been great. It was closed and dark when I dropped off the car hauler, so I didn't deal with anyone. The lot could stand to have a pole light and the drop box needs a light also. If the lighting was better they'd get an excellent rating
STEVEN GOutstanding customer service, Leonard's Tire is highly recommend by me.
Ronald TI really like this location more than others, I don't know how they could improve. This is my preferred location, even though there are at least two which are physically closer and or on my way to my destination. The staff is just the best.
