The location was fine and the truck was in great shape. The mileage was incorrect. I was charged for mileage over the allotment of 162. The route taken I’ve driven over a hundred times. By car it’s around 120-130 miles. Tack on the extra 15+ for the drop off location and it’s still under allotment. U-Haul had me at over 170 miles. The odometer was off.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIf the owner of this location, behave the way she behaved with me. I will definitely not recommend this location to my other friends.
SAYED SI rented a Van as a walk in. Very helpful, Friendly service.. checking out and back in.. it was a quick and easy process!! I will use this location in the future. Having rented vans many times over the years, this was the best service I have ever received !
John cThere was a LED tail light not working properly. The staff member said it was good to go. He did not fix it. I ended up going across town to a H-Haul dealer to get it fixed where they just exchange trailers. The second location staff were excellent.
FREDERICK KWhen I booked it was $50 when I paid it was $80. Either way I still would’ve used U-Haul but the surprise extra $30 sucks.
