Kara CNo personnel on site. In fact the place was behind renovated or something and I had to talk to a painter? That was weird. Then the uHaul app was not working and kept sending me back to the start every time I went in all the information... I eventually had to just call and talk to someone while I completed the process via desktop version of the website on my phone?... Not really acceptable. Then I had to take a tons of photos myself and send them and clean the vehicles myself because apparently uHaul just wants to charge me thousands of dollars and just have me fucking do everything and advocate for myself and wrangle their employees and equipment and partners myself?
Mitchell Jarea was mechanic shop nothing special but suits your needs for pickup and drop off, Noone was on location but app made that not necessary
Evan NKey was not in correct lock box. I tried 3 other locations before having to select this one as a last resort. I was promised 100 extra miles due to uhaul changing to this location, yet was still charged for miles.
