Very poor cell service to use the app or GPS location, office door simply referred to Uhaul phone number, truck was dirty upon pickup and in generally poor repair/driving. Older model truck. I would not recommend this location and would suggest a quality control review of the process, fleet and check-in/check-out process.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis location should not have rentals because there’s nobody there to check it out or back in. They tell you to use the app to do their job. Then the app is more expensive and doesn’t allow you to use it so you have to call U-Haul customer service. It was a mess and took so long. Very frustrating.

Mike BThe app didn’t work to leave the keys mobile. I didn’t get offered straps or anything. I just signed payed and left.
