I have never done a self pickup and that wasn’t what I requested so with that being said I arrived at 7am sharp for my pick up time and I was unable to get ahold of anyone on the list of number on the door. I had to call the main U-Haul number to get assistance. We were given wet blankets for our move and once again I had to call the main U-Haul number to get assistance to change out the blankets 2 hours after my pick up time. The yard was knee high in grass and it was dark when we returned the truck and was expected to walk around the truck in the tall grass with NO lights anywhere to take photos of the vehicle.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNo one onsite, when I called the number on the door voicemail was full, got a call back and sent a link to pay. When I said I would only pay through the Uhaul app, the woman said she makes 1.6 mil a year from uhaul and doesnt want to lose it. I said then why isn't someone at her site and she hung up on me. When I called someone to come pick me up, a guy rides up on a bike to give me a key. I had to pay helpers for an hours work because I couldn't get a truck at the time agreed upon. I also inconvenienced a friend to drive back and get me after I was hung up on. The guy who showed up blamed everything on Uhaul and said she hung up on me because they have the right to deny service to anyone. This is a bad location.
Roy JThe rental started off shaky. My reservation location was changed and I was unaware and had been dropped off where I made my reservation. Ashley was very sympathetic to my predicament and made a few phone calls. She put me touch with Austin who changed my pickup location to something walkable. Thomas met me at the lot and was extremely helpful. These three people were well above average in customer service., I am very grateful.
Kevin RI have a dispute and with U-Haul Robert Gay. Well, I went to the location. No one was there. I finally got a phone call after waiting an hour in my car to open a lock to get the key. The truck 26 foot I was assigned to had mechanical problems, break problems, no window handle on the driver side to open the window, caught a tank of gas and no equipment that I ordered was in the truck a dolly and a furniture dolly it was a terrible move the 26th foot truck needs to be serviced. I would not recommend anyone renting this truck until it does get the proper care and safety to drive. When I return the truck at 6:30 PM, but he was at the facility. It was pitch dark not any lights I could not see except for my video camera that shed a little light to return the key to a red box and videoed the truck and almost fell over a pile of hate, was very scary as a single woman dropping the truck off to this very deserted field in the middle of nowhere. Very very scary.
