The pricing is very obscure. It said $20 but I ended up paying $70. I’m sure it was in there in small print but the $20 is extremely misleading.

Jeff HIt took an hour for the lady to check me in. Although she was kind, she was very much untrained. I understand she said she was new, but the massive delay caused me to not be able to make it back in time to get my daughter off the bus. That caused a very dramatic and stressful situation for not only me, but my young child as well. The paperwork also said there was 1/4 tank of gas. That was not accurate. We had to leave the store and go directly to the gas station. This was also massively inconvenient. All of the situations from the day were made increasingly worse due to the fact that I am on crutches and in a cast to my knee, due to a broken ankle. Of course this is no one at UHAUL's fault, but some concern and compassion would have went a long way. This whole situation was NOT a good experience with UHAUL.
JENNA SVery nice place and easy to get to
