The staff member was super nice but I had booked the 15 ft truck a week or more in advance and the day before I was told it’s not available and I can only get the 10 ft truck which really made things difficult for me.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulExtremely poor customer aervice. The lady there is very deceptive in her dealings. She didn't disclose any terms and conditions before renting. I was not able to check the odometer on return as there was a tire warning message on display all the time. When I mentioned this to her on return she said she can't do anything now and didn't inspect the truck in front of me and said I will be billed afterwards. Later I found she charged charged extra $25 +tax for cleaning and about 25km in driving charges. I hardly drove for 15km. There was no debris or anything left in the truck and when I called her about the cleaning charge and also asked her why she didn't mention anything about cleaning charge or anything like that before renting, she refused to acknowledge it. I felt she was very deceptive. I have rented U-Haul multiple times from other locations and associates usually are very straightforward and disclose all terms and conditions that the customer needs to be aware of before handing out the keys. Extremely disappointed with this location and would not recommend anyone to go there.
