I arrived down South in Florida a little earlier than expected, so I called Middleburg Power Equipment and asked if I could check-in the auto-transporter just before they closed. They told me Yes. So I arrived their location and was met in the parking lot and told to just drive to the back and drop it off (unhitch) anywhere in the back. The lady I spoke with on the phone earlier, came back to where I had stopped and she told me "right there will be fine", that they would use their tractor to reposition it to its final spot. In addition, she said that they would email me my drop off receipt. It was poring down rain at the time, and for her to come back to me outside was way beyond the call of duty. Before I could leave their location, I had already received the email as promised. Middleburg Power Equipment (UHaul Rental agent) will have my business with this kind of service.

Jeremi HThe truck is in bad shape mechanically. It took me an hour to complete the mobile pick up of the truck due to the U-Haul app looping and not progressing to the next page I had to call customer service.
