Drove 20 miles yet when I filled the tank... it took 3.5 gallons .. Either it wasn't full as I was told or it only got less than 7 miles to the gallon. Which ever.. it got the job done.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe store itself is great, I’ve rented from them before and it’s been good. Now my issue this time was with Uhual itself. I had to pick up my rental at 5:30am and I was not able to use the app properly. I called support and I got disconnected both times I called. The last lady I spoke with told me the only solution was to wait until 8:30am to do everything paper wise. Gracefully after almost 1 hour and half I was able to finish the process through the app, well I was able to get the van but not finish the process.
JENNIFER EThe location service person did not speak English, and I did not speak Spanish. Their service approach proved that language is nothing but alphabets.
RUTH YI m very satisfied. I don’t think there is need for improvement at this time .
Kim LTodo perfecto, el camion presentaba un problema en el Aire Acondicionado pero nada grabe o que impidiera lo que se tenia planeado.
