The pick-up location was great, and so was the customer service. Although, You (800 U-Haul) must change the folks you hire. I had to call twice to make sure my truck, time and location was set up for pick-up. Each person I spoke with assured my truck would be available. When I did not get the courtesy call the night before, I panicked! So I called the pick-up location (Mayhem Motors) and as expected, my reservation for the truck was not set up. The owner could see my reservation number but my pick-up location was not at his location, even after calling the 800 U-Haul number twice. Thankfully, the owner assured me I would have a truck available, which it was. Other than that the U-Haul has been a great experience (this is the 3rd rental). Trucks run great and the location people have been excellent.
