It was a grass field with no lighting. Try to return during the day. No one was there as it was after hours but N/A isn't a choice regarding helpful personnel.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had an excellent experience renting a 6x12 enclosed trailer from U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer – Upholds Feed II. From my very first phone call to the moment I picked up the trailer, the staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They answered all of my questions, explained the rental process thoroughly, and made everything simple and stress-free. When I arrived for pickup, the 6x12 enclosed trailer was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. The team made sure I understood how to safely connect and use the trailer before I left, which gave me confidence for my trip. Their outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly set them apart. I highly recommend Upholds Feed II to anyone needing a U-Haul rental. Their professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service made this one of the best rental experiences I've had. Thank you for making the process so easy!
KATRINA AThis was a 2nd location due to the first location not having the reserved tow dolly. The first location selected by U-Haul sucked was rude and didn’t care that they didn’t have the equipment. They should loose their business with U-Haul.

Devin GPeople were very nice and took the time to check everything out on the unit with me
