Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe A&R Firearms facility was good and the staff were very accommodating. The issue was with U-Haul in general. Reservation was for a 26' truck. The day before pickup, we were notified we would only get a 20' truck, we couldn't pick up the truck until 11am instead of 8am (as reserved), and we had to drive 30 miles to pick up the truck. Unacceptable!
CHRISTOPHER GMake sure when you submit DL and other items for upload you include the full item in frame. I left a small part out and it was a little bit off a hassle but after I upload the complete photo, it all went smooth. U-haul guides you on every step.
Rick MThe people at the location were welcoming and helpful. I am extremely frustrated, however, that my pickup location was changed before pick-up, requiring me to drive over 30 min each way to a different city.
Kristin DReally great service! Thank you!
