Stop overcharging people. They charged me for pads and a dolly i did not ask for, did not use, did not move pads away from their package. Before getting keys to 10ft truck, i told the rep “i have my own dolly, i don’t need one”. He’s got a camera there. I got charged for two dollies. 2! And 12 pads that remained in their plastic package. All my stuff was already wrapped up and in my own pads. Got charged more for a 10ft truck used 6 hours, than for a 15ft uhaul truck used for 48 hours in the same week. I disputed the charges, no result. That’s why people look into your competitors, and leave bad reviews.

Randal FWhen I arrived, no one was there. I had to call the number on the Door. The gentleman was in Lumberton and he told me just to open the gate and walk through his backyard and pick out a trailer. I had to load the 12‘ x 6 foot trailer by myself as a 68-year-old man that was very hard , then when I was driving the trailer bounced up and down as a result of a bent rim that I mentioned to the gentleman on the phone and he said it’ll be OK. When I returned the trailer the next morning—again nobody there and I had to unload it myself. Also, when I received the receipt, I had an eight dollar charge added for insurance that I did not ask for. I would love for somebody from U-Haul to reach out to me. I also have pictures of the rim and trailer.
