Gas was on E, not 1/8 of a tank as they stated....not used to picking up a U haul and having to put fuel in it. I've always picked them up already filled with fuel. Had to bang in the hotel lobby door to be let in for 10 minutes to even pick up the Uhaul. Would not recommend this location to anyone, staff their was unprofessional and rude.

I made the reservation at one location, they sent me to a second location, and I ended up at a sketchy hotel to pick up the truck. They then booked me twice for a moving service, booked the reservation in my son's name, and screwed up the reservation so badly that even corporate couldn't sort it out. The problem with this is that they want to force you to use the app, but if you can't create an account, the app is useless. Horrible experience! U-Haul used to be good, but they have gone downhill.
WILLIAM A#1 My daughter has rented several times from an actual uhaul dealer and they are way more knowledgeable and they explain everything and answer all of your questions this man did not. #2 I was charged for 10 miles and I only drove it 6. And #3 the math on the itemized bill does not add up i was told I only hadn't pay $41 up front and he charged me $50 and some change and then charged me another $10 for the 6 miles I drove it @.79 a mile.

jULES TThere wasn’t anyone at the counter both times I arrived. Someone had to call an out of town number to get someone to jump the counter and assist. The truck had construction equipment being stored inside of it and I had to wait for someone to clear it out. The steering of the vehicle barely worked.
