The only positive for me was the location actual had the ability to book and pick up after hours. The truck was decent condition but smelled of marijuana and pickles, the inside wasn't clean in the cab or trailer. I did not setup my registration at this site, I reserved at 1345 S I-35, Desoto for an afterhour pickup and I arrived I was unable to complete my reservation. The location didn't offer after hour pick up despite its offering on the Uhual website. I had to call Uhual for them to find a truck. The 1440b N I-35 had a truck available. It was afterhours and they were unaware of my reservation prior to closing. So that me be the reason for the conditions of the rental. Also I was charged for a dolly although I didn't have one in the truck and I reported on 8/31 by phone when I called to extend my rental for 1 day

THERESA MA drop-off inspection like the pickup inspection would really help customers know what to expect. I was charged $68 for gas and a fuel service, even though I put gas in the truck before returning it. I knew there might be a small charge since it was just under the original level, but $68 was a surprise.
JASMINE SHad a great experience
leshondra lGreat service. When I arrived to pickup my equipment the associate was very professional in light of the fact she was slammed with a ton of vehicles that had been dropped out over the weekend. This is always my choice of rental facilities. Thanks!
