This pick up location in Jacksonville was rough and very confusing. We had an appointment but still had to stand outside in what appeared to be some type of scrap yard. Very dirty place and not so friendly. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

DEAN FIt was closed …Sunday. Used the self return function. I’m sure they would have been helpful. Should add an “N/A” option.
John LI had an appointment for 8 AM and no one was available or contacted me, I was told to come back at 10AM and when I returned no one was available. Then it took 20 minutes trying to get a hold of the person in charge. I only used the vehicle for 1 hour, your data sheet shows I returned it later than I returned it, I did not receive any paperwork or documents until after I returned the truck. The hand truck you charged me for wasn’t even present or available. The truck had less than a half tank of gas, you asked for before and after pictures after I had already returned the truck. The complete process from beginning to end was unsatisfactory and not like the U-Haul I used to know and use.
