This is a busy location for customers buying gas and store products, so checking in and out is a bit slower than usual. Other than that, the experience was great. John, the store owner, is working hard every minute, and he definitely needs a second worker at this store. Highway access is easy off/on for us. The gas cap was broken and required pliers to remove it. Luck of the draw- John didn’t know but quickly found pliers and removed it for us.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe employee at pickup went out of his way to be rude and make the equipment difficult to get to. The trailer within was crushed. I had to hook up my own trailer - not exactly an issue and preferable to dealing with this location. The issue with that was forcing a person to hand move the trailer because it was deliberately moved and made difficult to get to. In the time I spent returning home to get my hitch, it was moved and made more inaccessible.
Diani JI can not thank the guy at the U-Haul enough!! He took care of me and got me on my way. Excellent Service!!!!!
GERALD DThis trailer needs to be retired, the inside rails are way too small to attach any kind of strap to secure items being moved. The only anchor points are the d-rings located on the floor front and back. USELESS!!
TIMOTHY HThe app is awful. Make direct reservations via phone possible as well as paying in cash. Great location. Nice staff. Good truck. Be nice to have a signed hardcopy of contract at both checkout and upon return. Also? Don't advertise unreal rates. The trucks aren't 29.95. They're a hundred bucks minimum. Get real. Be real. Please. Thanks.
