Checkout and check in is always a smooth process. The other night's rental was during a rain storm and the Ms. Tiffany Bargainear's guidance and professionalism was top notch. We have enjoyed this business relationship all season.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNever ever will I use mobile pickup (I tried over and over for counter pickup but they kept moving me back to mobile) I really needed to have somebody/anybody there to check me in, the location is too unsafe for a female. It took 1hr 15mins to check-in via mobile with all the mobile problems and my movers were waiting on me, uhaul took time and money from me on the stupid mobile check-in, even on the return I talked to 4 people and still had problems....anyways, never mobile check-in for me again, omg.
Sheri BMiss Tiffany was very friendly and professional; we had an issue with the check-in, but she worked very diligently to get everything processed. I greatly appreciate her.
Aleasia WWe'll be back in a week, the service is very professional and personable.
