Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulScheduled, to pick up an auto hauler on a Tuesday at noon, only to arrive at 1:00 and find the location closed. Apparently, they are only open 7a-11a. Returned the next morning, picked up the hauler, and when I asked to change the drop-off location, I was told I could drop it at any location. Upon arrival in Malvern, PA the next morning to drop-off, I learned there was a fee for dropping off at a location other than the one identified in my contract. Bruce, at the Malvern location went out of his way to help me make the necessary changes to avoid the fee, for which I am grateful. I will not, however, do business with this Ft. Wayne location again.
Scott KThe collection location was changed by Haul the day before - it would have been nice to have been told the Washboard location didn't have personnel and it was a lock box situation - spent ages on the phone registering and doing the online renter process wasting much time the morning of the collection.
Paul CWe did the check in process entirely on our phone and did not talk to anyone.
JEFFREY DNo one was present, called telephone number on the wall to tell them I was dropping off the trailer.
