When I picked up the truck, they were supposed to have a car trailer as well and I had made my appointment a month in advance. They had no car trailer. I had to go to another location to pick up a car dolly and when I picked it up, the lights didn’t work from the truck to the dolly and when I called the pick up location, they said there was nothing they could do when I called the U-Haul number. He said there wasn’t anything he could do unless I wanted to drive it into Salt Lake and trade it. So I ended up renting a car dolly that had running lights, but no other lights work no signals no brakes none of that and driving that 1000 miles. And the only information I got back from U-Haul was well. What do you want us to do about it we don’t have a technician. There’s nothing we can do about that. When I called the company that I picked it up at they told me oh we can’t do anything about that and I said we have two other trucks can I trade well? I already have those rented. So from our safety perspective, I think that was terrible service all the way around from U-Haul terrible and when I called and talked to the agent, he hung up on me and I didn’t even get a call back and he knew what he was talking to. While I may recommend elite storage, I will not recommend U-Haulas a whole very disappointed in the service. For a rental company of vehicles and your people to tell me oh well what do you want us to do about it? We don’t have a technician. We’re not responsible for that. Really really disgusting service.
