I did a drop off. The drop box was simple and easy to use/ navigate. Directed me to the Uhaul app and was very simple.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDidn’t set up mobile pickup option for my truck as requested. Opened later than indicated according to UHaul app. Didn’t load requested dollies & pads, but did not modify the order to indicate that these weren’t available. Therefore, I was charged well over $300 for renting and “failing to return” these items at the drop off location, which forced me into filing a dispute with UHaul to get this money back.
Joshua KWanted to rent a dolly , but not available at this location. Otherwise at Purple Lady : the lady checking me in was very nice, very helpful and her boss was very nice as well. Excellent service - Could not ask for better service or people to work with!
Geraldine SThe truck was not clean, o lot Dunkin Donits trash inside the truck, had a Box spring on the back of the truck. The key was not on the corret lock box , i needed to spend time calling suport to ask for help.
Thiago MThere was no gas in the truck. There was no dolly. I had to rent a truck for two extra days until they told me to go to another location in a different city to pick up a dolly and then made me drive all the way back to drop it off then drive all the way back to a different city to drop the truck off which caused me more mileage and I had to pay for extra days. I’m pissed and I hurt my back moving the bins
