The truck was very dirty I couldn’t use it to move what I needed. Returned it the next day as I couldn’t use it. The gas cap was broken, couldn’t add the two gallons of gas I used. Lastly, the vehicle has a strong rattle at the wheel when pressing the breaks. I have video and pictures if needed

Tania AI returned the truck with more fuel than I left with and was still charged a 2550 fuel charge and I took the photos through the app and stated that the back was dirty and I got charged a cleaning fee.
MATTHEW DMy reservation was for 9:00, I waited in front of the store till about 9:40 when the employee finally showed up and said “oh sorry I overslept” - did not offer any form of discount for the inconvenience - he then told me they close in 2 HOURS - so I would just have to drop the truck off in the back and put the keys in the drop box. Easy, right? WRONG they did not log my drop off and proceeded to charge me everyday for 4 days claiming I still had the truck. It was not until I reached out to uhaul directly where Kimberley Reeves helped resolve everything. Extremely pathetic service at this location.
Bryan DThey stole money from me, changed the reservation I made when they closed, and increased the price I paid for the truck. They refuse to take responsibility.
