It would be a nice to have some lights where the trucks are parked for self check in folks who pick up the vehicle at night or early am when it’s still dark out. Also including in the instructions on the sharp left turn that one has to make coming from the East to get to where the rentals are would be helpful.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt took a while to pick up the trailer and leave. Since I had already made the reservation, provided my credit card, and all of my information over the phone, I was annoyed to have to do it all again in person. I really needed to pick up the trailer and go pick up a load of construction materials before they closed. I barely made it in time, but I did not make it in time to get out of Dallas traffic.

BARBARA MThe customer service ladies were absolutely awesome.. They were quick polite and had great attitudes. The young lady ( Hispanic) in n sort didn’t get her name but she took the time to go out to the truck and showed us how to operate the truck hire to properly close the latch to the truck. The other young lady went to pick up the truck had the air on blowing which I found very polite. Excellent customer service 10+
