I was agitated by the change of the pick-up location from my original requested location, which was closer to the location where I was loading the material. This was 15 miles from this site which cut into my initial total allowable mileage.
STEVEN BThe team don’t even speak English and they are just RUDE. I wouldn’t even drop off there ever again. They lied and said we only return 4 blankets when for sure it was more and we were charged 69.00
Swansetta GPick up tool approximately an hour as the self pick up did not work. On drop off, the cashier was very rude, barely spoke English, and refused to inspect the vehicle or give me a return receipt
PAUL WWhile they do hv Uhaul equipment, they are not equipped to assist you with the car transport trailer connection. This is not a full service location but unfortunately for me the only location within a 10 mile radius that had a car transport trailer. They do not know how to properly hook up your truck. They hooked up to my truck but fail to put pins back in and did not connect the safety connection either and as a result not a mile away from leaving their location the trailer came unhooked, hit the bumper of my truck and was wedged underneath my truck . Thankfully a good Samaritan and a good friend came to my rescue and were able get from under my truck and reconnect it so that I could get safely out of the road.
