All went well except they had the expectation that I would be returning pads. The person helping me coordinated with UHaul to ensure that I wasn't charged for pads I never received.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe always go to this location. They are awesome and double check everything to make sure you do not over spend for what you need. I highly recommend this location. I also used the U-Haul app and could edit my order at any time.
Linda JNothing. Keep up the good work!
Robert FDirections for the sunday drop off were easy to follow
Jeana RTook 25 minutes from when the customer service rep started helping me to actually getting the trailer hooked up. I hooked up the trailer myself and had to remind the rep that they need to photograph the hookup. Wasted a bunch of time when this normally takes 10 minutes max.
