There were no personnel on site. They were closed. Excellent location though, we have dropped off 3 uhauls with them.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt wasnt bad, but it was an after hours drop off, the process was confusing (ie. Where to drop, etc). Which in other drop off locations, after hours, it was more natural. I'd have preferred another location specifically that I know existed, but was not offered .

GARY MThe truck had mud smeared all over the floorboards in the cab, the back of the truck, where all of the stuff was supposed to be loaded was also covered with dried mud and extremely scratched up. However, we could only document one of these because it only allowed us to upload one photo with regards to the condition of the truck. We were lucky there were not any dents in it when we picked it up or we would have had a lot of problems due to only being able to submit one picture regarding the condition of the vehicle. Also, it was extremely unclear how to pick up the truck under mobile pickup and it ended up taking us over an hour. We did not end up leaving the dustry road location until almost 4:30 which affected our ability to load that evening so we could transport our belongings and unload them on the next day. Then we had to finish loading it in the morning, rush over to the new residence to unload everything onto the curb so it could still be returned by 3:30 p.m. today despite the fact that we were not able to leave the parking lot of the Road location until almost 4:30 p.m. the whole pickup process was extremely inconvenient and to be quite honest obnoxious.
