Extremely dirty and unsafe location. The workers at the location were unwilling to help us understand how to return it.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNot a dealer problem more a uhaul corporate issue. Maybe provide wifi access to customers. That internet issue was a major problem for me.
Jason SIan was nice, but the truck was smelly and had many mechanical issues.
Rachel AI couldn’t find the information for the lock combo to get the key when doing the mobile check-in, but I called the phone number listed at the building. Someone immediately answered and provided it to me. The whole process was very easy. Thank you!
Rochelle FWe dropped off a Truck and Trailer on a Thursday 11:00. There was nobody around and equipment was parked somewhat unorganized. It made a very poor first impression. We did the online checkout, which works very well. We love U-Haul and always had a great service. This location was a bit unusual.
