45 minute pick up experience. Had to hook up my own trailer. Lost my truck and auto carrier combo discount. Incorrect drop off location so I lost another discount for dropping off at preferred location.

DYANE TI am being overcharged for the uhaul that I got. The location was a small stop and go store with only two uhauls none of which were clean. The driving cabin was absolutely filthy. The vendor did not even check the miles on the van after it was returned and has excessively charged for everything. No pads were used and i see 6 charges for that! Need to file a complain
Dhruv PThis U-haul pickup location isn’t just a U-haul business. So, the single employee that assisted me with my U-haul pickup/reservation was not only late, but he kept being interrupted because he was multitasking with his other business customers. If there was a required employee specifically for U-haul customers, then I may have had a better experience. It wasn’t terrible. I just expected better customer service.
Nicholas HOnce again, this was not the location that I had originally booked. It was further away (the one that was full was right by my son’s apartment) and in a very sketchy part of town. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Then I was charged for extra mileage when it was not my choice to go to either of these locations! I don’t understand why there wasn’t a spot saved for me at the preferred location since I indicated location when I booked the truck.
