The truck was filthy. The outside was covered in mud and leaves. The cab had a spilt beverage and was covered in dog hair. The heater blower fan did not work and the windshield wipers were broken. I called UHAUL and they had me go to a UHAUL dealership to have the wipers replaced. The people there were wonderful and cleaned out the cab for me. I will never use Vintage Queen again for a UHAUL. If they aren't wiping down the cab and doing a basic cleaning, I don't trust that they are checking the tires and engine for wear and tear.

Oran CLocation doesn't handle Uhaul rentals anymore or refuses to do so. Had to go to another location amd then go back to this location to get the rental. Wasted time and gas.

Jonathan HI am very unhappy with my rental. the truck was filthy in the cab and the back. I had to clean the back before I could even start loading. I rented it for one day, the location i rented from didn't close it for 7 days and then charged me for all of them for $340. I did get reimbursed $211, but they also booked me for furniture pads and a dolly that was not on the truck and I never used it. I will NEVER rent from this location again.
