Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis was not the location we picked, we got sent to 3 different ones over 40 minutes from us. Return was easy once we got there but wont be using uhaul again. Not “clean and inviting” its in middle of nowhere by a field
Keeley TThe check in procedure was challenging because there was no representative on site. The lady did explain the procedure and worked with me to finalize the pick up.
Rick LThe absolute wonderful customer service agent on the reservation line (her name started with a “D”, I’m sorry I can’t remember -as I was in a full on panic lol) was a 10 star helpful for me! Thank you truly very much for finding me another truck locally to my size. Appreciate you!!!!!!
Shanna MThe place I picked up from was fantastic as far as the people but I had hardly any phone service and it took over 45 minutes to complete the truck return due to pictures not loading, freezing app, etc. Horrible experience.
