SIck and tired of using Uhaul app and after securing my original pickup spot, having the automated system send me to a different pick up location. AT $1.29 A MILE !!!!!!!! then i have to call and talk to a human being to get anywhere. This closer site was out of a dumpy gas station where i once again have to use your stupid app even though a human was present to give me the key. The owner doesn't trust his onsite staff so i had to go back and forth over the phone. This is a shit show your running. Next time i will try PENSKI.

Joseph LNo one knew how to do the paperwork. A owner final came to the store but could barely speak English and had a attitude like was interfering with his day. Store clerk was nice and helpful.
Gerald HHelp move the hitch off the trailer and report it has been returned immediately.
