Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was a late drop off. So after hours no personnel was there to help. Nevertheless, the location seems safe and appropriate for the area.
Mark SHave what I paid for available and be more consumer centric. I had my father go pick up the truck (Rented the truck under both of our names) and they gave him a hard time. They refused to resend the drivers license link to him, the pre arrival inspection link and kept having to call me for everything. It defeated the purpose of having my father listed. I got stuck in a no signal area and it became a pain to deal with.
Alfredo OGo to any other location to pickup your truck. They open up late. did not have enough pads.slow checkout, It took 45 minutes and we were the only customers, i know Barstow is a small city and that is why I reserved early ,But being re routed 4 times before the move was terrible.
Christopher LOutstanding customer service, affordable and easy to navigate. Definitely will use again in the future.
