Truck given was broken. We noticed maintenance issue once we got the truck home. We called them immediately explaining the issue and they assured us it was fine as they just had a mechanic check it out. The next day the truck broke down during our move, completely loaded. It took 4 hours for a tow truck to be located and come. When the tow truck came, they said they didn’t know it was a 20 foot truck and it couldn’t fit on their truck bed. Had to wait another hour for the tow truck driver to figure out how to tow it away. Told roadside assistance the truck was towed, then 40 mins later had roadside ask again if the truck had been towed. Called the location to ask for a refund as we couldn’t complete our move with the truck and they said multiple times I wouldn’t be charged. The next day I get a call asking when i’m returning the truck and had to explain it was towed away. I just received a receipt and was charged for the truck and cannot get ahold of the location. I have filed a claim.
