Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThey should have a jack. A female employee and I hefted the 6 x 12 tongue to the hitch.
John Kno improvement necessary. everything was perfect. the service was outstanding at gateway.
Dennis BLady said she didn’t stay at store past 2pm and our pickup time was 4pm; we happened to arrive early. Thankfully.
Donald GThe U-Haul app was not working. The lady at the pickup location tried it twice and it froze up before she could complete it. She called a rep who spent some additional time with to no avail. Having waited a while I asked to go ahead and leave with the trailer since U-Haul had all my information including my credit card. The rep threatened to call the sheriff and have me arrested for theft if I left. After another 15-20 minutes he agreed. He needs a lot of training on what customer service is.
