Trailer had bad tires. When I complained they put new tires on. They did not have the 12 pads I requested. After searching around they came up with six. I made the reservation two weeks in advance.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy reservation was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. I arrived at 9:20 a.m. and it took them so long to process I didn't leave till 9:55 a.m. The truck had mud all over it and the gas gauge was not full.
Rocky HThey were very polite and they even find me another drop off location that gave us $65 off the previous drop off location.
Lesly CAbsolutely nasty facility, smell so bad, dirty wet dog smell. Unpleasant counter person. Had to hook up trailer on pickup myself. Not sure that I can find anything good about the experience.
ETHEL PThe only issue I had was that the auto charge thing tried to make me pay two periods even though I had it less than 24 hours total. Looks like once someone looked at it they are only charging one. Hope that’s what it will be when it comes through. It did say someone would call and no one did though. Other than that everything was fine.
