Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDon't change a thing. The young ladies that assisted me was so very helpful and friendly! I only had the truck for about 6 hr's but she made the process so easy. Thank you. Bob CHST, Em-35
ROBERT BThe personnel were helpful and accomodating on the phone (when I could get them to answer), however could not give me a receipt or confirmation that I had turned in the rental truck. they claimed it would be emailed to me when it was processed. Two hours later I had not received any email or other confirmation until I contacted the national U-Haul customer service via the 800 number. Then I did receive notification awhile after that.
David SDropped off the truck after store hours. We used the drop box and did not encounter any employees.
Bill BThe young lady who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me hook up the trailer and was very personable.
