Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe location was not the one that needed improvement. The trailer did. It leaked. on the drivers side. Several boxes were soaked and so was my elliptical. I was really upset. I did inform the site I returned it at so they could fix it. I also told them that the door latch on the drivers side door was totally missing. Me and the guy that took pictures and walked around it missed that. Plus the guy returning the trailer was over an hour late. It gave us a late start and we didn't get as much done as we had hoped. I will have to take another day to get more stuff.
ROGER TIt was virtual. No Personel involved.
Michael RThe employee didn’t know how to use the UHaul system to check me in. Nor did he know how to hook on a trailer to my hitch! He said he was too weak. I asked if the had a portable lift and he said no! This location should no be allowed to represent UHaul! Additionally the first location I was sent to pick up a trailer was a Suspension shop in Jackson Minnesota. This location had gone out of business yet didn’t let UHaul know! I could see the trailers in their parking lot but their phone had been disconnected and their power turned off. I had to drive 1.5 hours to Algona to pick up a trailer after learning I could not get the one in Jackson, MN. Please update your site and terminate both this location and the Appliance store in Algona, Iowa!!
Mary NUnhook trailer for me.
